ABOUT US
Established in 2010, Luoyang Auto Bearing Co., Ltd. has grown steadily over the past 15 years and has developed into a leading force in the bearing manufacturing industry.
At present, the company has 120 skilled employees dedicated to production, research and development, quality inspection, and assembly, ensuring efficient and professional operation across all stages of manufacturing. The company has also established a sound quality management system and holds ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications, demonstrating its commitment to consistent quality and international standards. We have expanded from one workshop to six, mastering high-precision bearings production and serving a global market, trusted in countries including South Korea, the US, Germany, Russia, Iran, and Turkey.
As 2025 unfolds, our bearing factory marks a milestone 15-year journey—evolving from a single automated deep groove ball bearing workshop founded in 2010 to a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise covering six core bearing categories. This transformation not only witnesses our growth but also mirrors the advancement of China's precision bearing industry.
In 2010, we laid our foundation with a 5,000-square-meter automated workshop dedicated to deep groove ball bearings, the most widely used bearing type. Equipped with imported CNC grinding machines, the workshop achieved an annual output of 500,000 sets in its first year, focusing on automotive and electrical equipment markets. "That single workshop was our starting point, where we built our quality management system from scratch," recalled our founder.
The first expansion came in 2014, as market demand for high-precision products grew. We added an angular contact ball bearing production line, targeting industrial automation and machine tool sectors.
By 2016, this new line contributed 30% of total revenue, prompting us to invest in crossed roller bearing R&D—a high-value product for robotics and medical equipment.
The successful launch of crossed roller bearings in 2018 marked our entry into the high-end market.
2020-2022 saw accelerated expansion amid global industrial upgrading. We introduced tapered roller bearings for heavy machinery and cylindrical roller bearings for industrial gearboxes, completing our coverage of general industrial bearing categories. During this period, annual output surged to 5 million sets, with exports to Europe and Southeast Asia accounting for 40% of sales.
A pivotal leap came in 2024, when we launched wind power bearings—our first foray into the renewable energy sector. This high-tech product, meeting international IEC standards, secured long-term contracts with major wind turbine manufacturers.
By 2025, our 30,000-square-meter campus houses six specialized workshops, with wind power and crossed roller bearings driving 25% of growth.
"From one product to six core categories, our focus on R&D and quality never wavered," said our CEO. Looking to the future, we aim to deepen innovation in new energy and intelligent manufacturing bearings, writing a new chapter in our development.
